How can I help?
I’ve been where you are! After years of dealing with a bunch of seemingly random symptoms - low mood, fatigue, headaches, IBS, eczema, and more recently, crippling anxiety, I finally realised stress was the root cause - both from work and my lifestyle choices, leading to chronic inflammation.
With over 20 years in high-pressure corporate jobs, I know how tough it can be to put your health first. But after learning more about how our physical and mental well-being really affect our overall success and happiness, I’ve seen how important it is to take care of yourself.
I’ve made so much progress in the last year, and though I’m still on this journey, I know we don’t have to do it alone.
